Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Non-returnable items: Items marked as Clearance/Flash Sale and Final Sale are non-returnable.

Exchange

You contact us about your needs via email or phone number. Once we receive your request and confirm your eligibility for an exchange, we will check the inventory status and notify you. Content that can be exchanged includes: color, size, style and products in the same segment. Damaged products will not be returned

Transportation costs

In case the error is due to you or due to the customer’s objective needs, you must bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded. In case of technical error or loss from the store, we will bear the shipping costs for you.

Change or cancel orders

Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can promptly resolve it.
